Commission Price:
$5 per square inch
Minimum of $550 or 10×10.
Commissions are selected by timeframe, subject/size, and complexity of the piece. Some pieces will need phone calls & correspondence to work out details of your ideas and wants for your painting.
Pricing formula:
Length x width x 5 = price
Please keep in mind that commissions take anywhere from a few months to a year and a half to complete.
Not all submissions will be accepted due to limited amount of space.
What happens when my commission is accepted?
An agreement will be made on size, timeframe, etc., and you you will be added to the schedule for your original piece of artwork you have commissioned.
10% is due when your piece is accepted, and another 40% is due upon the commission starting. The remaining balance is paid when the piece is completed. Shipping + insurance is calculated on the agreement.
Disclaimer
A commission is subject to the artist’s interpretation. The artist’s style should be seriously considered if it something you are looking for in a painting. Madelynn cannot copy or work from other paintings or other’s professional work. The image created will be an original, unique piece that will be a one and only. No reproductions are allowed as Artist holds copyright, even if the references are provided from personal photos.
*Framing is not included for commissions, although framing can be negotiated.
